FIRE 2019

The registration fee for different categories of participants is mentioned in the table below. The registration fee for main conference will cover registration kit, conference & workshop proceedings, full access to all sessions/invited talks including the pre-conference tutorial, and a banquet dinner. Registration does not cover accommodation and the participants have to make their own arrangements.

A person affiliated with a foreign university/industry has to register under the non-Indian category even if he/she is an Indian citizen. If you register as a student, it is mandatory to carry your student Identity card while attending FIRE 2019. For the participants registering under the ACM category (both students as well as academia), it is mandatory that your ACM membership should be active during the duration of FIRE 2019. Participants whose ACM membership is expired is not eligible for the lower registration rates.

Currently the only possible mode of payment is NEFT for Indian participants and wire transfer for foreign participants. The required bank details are mentioned below. The participant is required to make the NEFT/wire transfer before filling up the registration form. Mention FIRE2019 in remarks section while making the payment. Once you make the payment, a unique Transaction ID will be generated which has to be mentioned in the registration form.

Upon verification of your transaction ID mentioned in the registration form, you will receive a confirmation on your Email ID along with the payment receipt. Please allow upto five working days from the day of registration, and contact us if you do not receive a confirmation after that period. Fees once paid can not be refunded.
