FIRE 2022

The registration fee for different categories of participants is mentioned in the table below. The registration fee for Main conference will cover registration kit,full access to all sessions/invited talks including the tutorial, and a banquet dinner. The registation fee for tutorials will covers full access to only respctive tutorial and lunch for respactive day.Tutorials will be conducted on offline mode only. Participants for tutorials should be present in the venue physically. Registration does not cover accommodation and the participants have to make their own arrangements.

Main Conference:

A person affiliated with a foreign university/industry has to register under the non-Indian category even if he/she is an Indian citizen. If you register as a student, it is mandatory to carry your student Identity card while attending FIRE 2022. For the participants registering under the ACM category (both students as well as academia), it is mandatory that your ACM membership should be active during the duration of FIRE 2022. Participants whose ACM membership is expired is not eligible for the lower registration rates.

Currently the only possible mode of payment is Razorpay payment gatway for Indian participants and wire transfer for foreign participants. The required details are mentioned below. The participant is required to pay the registration fees before filling up the registration form. Mention FIRE2022 in remarks section while making the payment. Once you make the payment, a unique Payment Id/Transaction ID will be generated which has to be mentioned in the registration form.

Upon verification of your Payment Id/transaction ID mentioned in the registration form, you will receive a confirmation on your Email ID along with the payment receipt. Please allow upto five working days from the day of registration, and contact us if you do not receive a confirmation after that period. Fees once paid can not be refunded.
